Description
As the largest peer-to-peer support network for cardiovascular patients and caregivers, the Mended Hearts Support Group provides a space to share experiences, offer encouragement, and find the hope and strength you need to thrive on your heart health journey. Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3-4 p.m. at the Brunswick Campus, offering a supportive community where you can connect, share, and find the resources you need to heal and grow.
