Event Description
The 29th Annual Trade Fair will be held on Thursday, February 16th in the Grand Oaks Hall of the Jekyll Island Convention Campus located in the Historic District. This is one of the Chamber's biggest annual events with Chamber members exhibiting their goods and services in a networking event you certainly don't want to miss.
Delicious hors d'oeuvres will be prepared by the Jekyll Island Authority Catering Services and other Jekyll Island hotels and restaurant co -sponsors. A cash bar will also be provided.

The Chamber is now taking reservations for booth spaces. You are encouraged to get yours ASAP as they fill up fast! Booths are $235.00 and limited to the first 100 exhibitors.

Date/Time Information The Trade Fair  will be open to the public on Thursday  February 16, 2012 from 5:30-8:00 pm. Vendors will be provided access to the Grand Hall as of noon to set up. Complete information packages will be forwarded to each vendor in advance of the Trade Fair.

All vendors must be members in good standing of the Chamber. Registration forms are available under the Events tab, Annual Events, Trade Fair. The registration fee for the Trade Fair is $235.00 and includes an 8ft X 8ft. space, a draped table and admission for 4 company attendees. A "pipe and drape" backdrop will be provided behind all booths. Displays larger than 8 ft. X 8 ft. will require an additional booth at the $235.00 rate.

The number of vendors is limited to 100. Deadline to register is Friday, February 3, 2012.
